Terms & Condition are as follows
The awardee is expected to attend for about 3 weeks the selected centres of his choice.
The accommodation has to be arranged by the awardee by himself. He is requested to enquire from the head of the centre to be visited for necessary facilities.
The awardee is only an observer and will not be allowed to operate.
The awardee will have to submit the following, after completion of the fellowship.
A certificate of attendance from the Head of the centres attended.
A Type written Report in triplicate. Payment of Award Money will be made only on submission of the above certificates on completion of Fellowship.
The Visiting Centres should be out of station of the awardee’s working place.
The Fellowship must be utilized before the end of December 2005. The purpose of these Fellowship is to give an opportunity to a junior member to visit.
Otolaryngology centres in our country so as to know the advances in our Speciality.
The awardee on his selection is also requested to confirm the dates of his visit to the Centres from the respective Heads of the Department well in advance.
The Ethicon Travel Fellows will have to attend at one of the Centres in Mumbai
The Smt. Motiben L. Shah Fellowship and Shri Laxmichand K. Shah Fellowship are for visiting any Head & Neck Oncology Centres in India.
